How to pay You can use our shopping cart and make payment with a credit card. If you prefer we have an order form that can be printed and sent along with either a cheque or postal orders.

Post & Packing For UK deliveries we use a trackable courier service as standard. This is included in the price. For international orders see below.

International orders For international orders you should contact us with details of you requirments and the delivery address, we can then provide the shipping costs. Payment must be made by cheque in Great British Pounds.

Delivery Schedule We aim to ship orders within two to three weeks of receipt using a 48 hour courier delivery service. As these items will have to be made to order please allow upto 21 days for us to manufacture your piano stool. If payment is to be made by cheque it will not delay your order.

Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact delivery date for your piano stool. If you have any dates that you would like us to avoid please make this clear at the time of your order by e-mail. Please do this once you have received conformation of your payment. If making payment by post include a brief note informing us of these dates, thank you.

Payment Please make all payments to EDWARD JAMES MAIL ORDER LTD. Postal orders should be crossed for security. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. Payment can also be made by credit card using our shopping cart facility. All payments are to be made in Pounds Sterling, we cannot accept any other currencies.

This is our head office, sorry goods are not available for viewing at this address as they are dispatched directly from our warehouse.

Privacy Policy Personal data is held under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than our chosen credit card clearance company.

Returns If your goods are faulty or incorrect upon receipt you must notify us by e-mail within 48 hours. We will refund or replace upon return of these goods. We cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged whilst being returned. Please contact us before returning any goods, they may need to be directed to the manufacture for inspection or repair. Please note we do not operate on a sale or return basis. Faulty items should be directed to the manufacturers after a period of two weeks from the invoice date.



All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified on the website. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Edward James Mail Order Ltd. shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and the option of a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel you will receive a full refund, providing that the goods have not been dispatched. If we have dispatched your order we reserve the right to charge any postage costs incurred and where necessary any handling fees.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided we have received payment in full for the products.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

If yours goods are faulty upon receipt please contact us within 48 hours. We will advise you on where the goods should be returned, they may need to go directly to the manufacturers or distributors. If the goods develop a fault after this time the cost of returning the goods is the customers but may be covered by us at our discretion. Failure to notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery will be taken as acceptance of the goods.

Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Edward James Mail Order Ltd. of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us.

When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes your information will be collected by a third party.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased under the Distance Selling Regulations. This does not apply to items that are made to order. If we do accept the cancellation for any item made to order and the manufacture of the item has begun any costs incurred up to the full value of the product will be passed on to the customer. To cancel you can email us, or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items AND MUST NOT USE THEM. The return costs for any item being returned is at the customers expense and you agree to this by placing an order.

Edward James Mail Order Ltd. will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. Edward James Mail Order Ltd. will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Edward James Mail Order accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.

Notwithstanding the above Edward James Mail Order Ltd. aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same clause.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by appropriate insurance.

Edward James Mail Order Ltd. shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
