Returns Please contact us before returning any goods, they may need to be directed to the manufacture for inspection or repair. If your goods are faulty or incorrect upon receipt you must notify us by e-mail within 48 hours. Please make the subject line of your e-mail "Return of goods". We will refund or replace upon return of these goods. We cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged whilst being returned. Please note we do not operate on a sale or return basis, all sales are final. All goods are covered by the manufactures 90 day guarantee. The return postage costs for an item delivered as faulty and notified within 48 hour of delivery will be covered at the discretion of Edward James Mail Order, we do not automatically pay this so please be prepared to cover this cost when ordering. If any fault is not notified by or develops after the 48 hour period then the retun postage is not covered by Edward James Mail Order.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and the option of a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel you will receive a full refund.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided we have received payment in full for the products.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

If yours goods are faulty upon receipt please contact us within 48 hours. We will advise you on where the goods should be returned, they may need to go directly to the manufacturers or distributors. If the goods develop a fault after this time the cost of returning the goods is the customers but may be covered by us at our discretion. Failure to notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery will be taken as acceptance of the goods.

Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Edward James Mail Order of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel you can email us, or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items AND MUST NOT USE THEM. If the item has been used or any seals broken then it will be taken that you have accepted the goods and cannot return them under the Distance Selling Regulations. The return costs for any item being returned is at the customers expense and you agree to this by placing an order.
